Donation/Order Form – Zichydorf Village Association

Instructions

Use this form to make your donation or pay for ordered items. Total the amounts and put that total in the Donation Amount field. (This form operates in US dollars.) Please list the items you are paying for in the Comments field. Your information is not stored online; your details will be sent to the ZVA administrator for processing.

Once you have completed your selections, note the total and click submit. You can send payment via PayPal to zvapayments@myaccess.ca or via cheque to:

We will notify you via email once we have received both order and payment. This is a manual process, so please allow two business days.

Note to non-US payers: Our software will only accommodate one currency. Since the bulk of our expenses and the majority of our income is in US dollars, this is the currency we have chosen.
